New Eyes

I had cataract surgery and now for the first time ever I can SEE. Everything at a distance is clear but I have to have reading glasses for anything up close. It's taken a while to get used to the c0lor of my eyes without contacts. I've worn contacts for 40 years, and for the last few years I've worn contacts AND glasses.

Our first overnight camping trip at Bear Run March 13 & 14. Pa hauled some rocks for a fire ring. The creek still has a little thawing to do.

This is what you might look like when you try to use your wheelchair for a walker. Those wheels roll kind of fast for a 76 year old.

Last week Grandma was having trouble finding her hat when we were going to physical therapy. Then she comes out of the bedroom with a DOG SWEATER on her head. She said she was just going to wear it to the car, but who really knows. Wish I could have got a picture!
